CherryIN uses a prepaid credit system. Due to the nature of AI API services, which consume upstream computational resources in real time, all credit purchases are generally final.

Unused Credits

If you have purchased credits but have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us.

Technical Failures

If our service fails to process your API request due to a server-side error and credits are deducted, we will restore those credits to your account upon verification.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following do not qualify for refunds: credits already consumed by successful API calls, dissatisfaction with AI model output quality (which is determined by the upstream provider), or user errors in API request configuration.
