Service Description

CherryIN provides a unified API gateway that aggregates multiple AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). We offer a single endpoint and a standardized interface, so you can access various AI models without managing multiple API keys.

Account & API Keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. Do not share your API keys publicly. You are responsible for all usage incurred under your account.

Billing & Credits

Our service uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are consumed based on actual token usage of each API call. Credit balances do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CherryIN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
